At last! the site I’ve been working on for a while is ready for release. I’ve finished it a while back actually, but had to put it under review by a plenty of people to help me improve whatever can be improved. I’m very excited about this. I have already prepared dozens of things to write about (a plenty of interesting stuff), so you should see a post there AT LEAST once a week.

First of all, let me explain what I mean by Web Design here: It’s the process of designing the interface of a web site, which involves images, HTML and CSS. No Javascript, because that really doesn’t count as “design”.
I’ve been involved in web design for about 3 years now. What started as something very exciting is now something very boring and repetitive. There are hardly any new things to learn when you reach a certain level. It doesn’t take many years, and I’m certainly almost there already.

You know what’s ironic about web site usability? it makes so much sense, yet many sites manage to make it to the top even though they’re frustrating to use.
Facebook is one of those sites. I’ve been using it for over two months now, and I still find myself having to stop often to think where should I click next to proceed.
