As we’re reaching the end of the year, I thought of sharing some of what I think was the best in 2007 in some random categories. So here goes:

Podcast:

TWIT logo

TWIT (This Week In Tech). A podcast on everything technology-related.

Why?

Perhaps because it’s the only tech podcast I’ve listened to that’s actually funny and interesting. Oh, and John C. Dvorak. I love that guy’s honesty and sense of humor.

Book Review: Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines

What you will learn:

A plenty of guidelines that will help you improve the usability and accessibility of your website. Most of the book is about usability though.

Prerequisites:

Nothing besides being familiar with the web.

Target Audience:

People who own, manage, design or develop web sites. If you have a good background in usability, then you might not find anything new here.
